Summer Feeding Program at Jacksonville City Schools

We told you last week about the Jacksonville City Schools Summer Feeding Program. It began last Monday and will run through July 21st. We do have a correction to pass along tonight. We mistakenly said the program was for low-income children. However- the feeding program is open to anyone who is 18 years or younger in the city. Jacksonville is serving snacks and a lunch Monday through Thursdays at three approved sites. The meals are free and are USDA approved. And again - the program ends July 21st.
