Multiple Arrests in Cherokee County for Burglary and Drugs

Authorities make multiple arrests in connection to a burglary and illegal drugs.
According to Cherokee County Sheriff Jeff Shaver, a two week old investigation of a burglary on County Road 501 netted stolen items. James Kubach of Centre and June Mullins of Gadsden are charged with third degree burglary. When investigators went to serve the warrants they found illegal drugs. William Estes of Cedar Bluff, Whitney Blevins of Dayton, Tennessee, Rachel Elrod of Fort Payne and Tasha Pearcy of Grove Oak were also charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
