Two Charged in Sexual Torture Case
A man is critically injured during what investigators are calling an act of sexual torture. Thank you for joining us. I’m Carl Brady. Dustin Bragg and Barbie Vaughn of Ohatchee are both charged in the case. According to Calhoun County Chief Deputy Matthew Wade, the suspects inserted a metal bird feeder pole and a garden hose into the victim’s rectum. The act caused internal injuries, including to the man’s colon. Sheriff’s detectives were called to a local hospital Tuesday to investigate the incident. The victim told investigators he was drinking alcohol with the suspects when he fell off the porch, into dog feces and a bird feeder. He says he took his clothes off and that’s when the suspects assaulted him. Deputies served a search warrant at the home and found a burn pile that they believe Bragg and Vaughn set on fire to try and hide evidence. Both were arrested and booked into the Calhoun County Jail. At last check, the victim remained in critical condition.
