A Southside woman is accused of having sex with a student. According to Sheriff Todd Entrekin 28-year-old Andrea Means was arrested and is charged with one count of a school employee engaging in a sex act or deviant sexual intercourse with a student under the age of 19 years old. Investigators say Means is accused of having sex with a high school student in March 2013, while employed with the Etowah County Board of Education as a teacher. They say the sexual act did not occur on school grounds.
