A new survey finds that cell phone companies’ overage charges are up yet again. The survey was conducted by Cowen and Company. It found that nearly one in five cell phone customers reported paying overages during the past six months. ATT continued to lead with 28% of customers saying they were charged for overages. It was 20% of Verizon Customers, and 12-percent of T-Mobile customers. Cowen’s earlier survey in October shows that overages were up across the board.
