The Calhoun County School Employee of the Month Program recognizes an employee who has served students and staff in an exceptional manner by exemplifying outstanding service through her work and exhibiting a positive and supportive attitude. Regina Norris is the Instructional Coach for Ohatchee High School and Elementary Schools. And she says she is dedicated to fulfilling her job’s responsibilities. Norris strives to be consistently dependable and hopes to serve as a role model to others by going above and beyond the requirements of her position. Ohatchee High School Principal Bobby Tittle says her interpersonal skills are great. Norris always displays a helpful, cooperative and positive attitude towards superiors and co-workers and she is consistently friendly and available to others with a great team player attitude. Ohatchee High School teacher Kina Teaford says Norris’ personal traits are exemplary and are evident every day of school. She says she has a professional demeanor, is conscientious and honest, hard-working and has integrity, on and off the job. Teaford wasn’t surprised Norris was awarded the honor.
