Alabama has joined a 12-state coalition supporting the religious liberty of a woman who is being sued by the State of Washington for declining to prepare floral arrangements for a same-sex marriage. Attorney General Luther Strange says that Barronelle Stutzman is being targeted for exercising her constitutional rights. Stutzman says she has sold the man flowers for years and considers him a friend. She claims to have helped the man find another florist for his wedding. Attorney General Strange says he is pleased to join the other states in supporting Stutzman.
