Altoona Woman Charged with Chemical Endangerment

An Altoona woman is charged with chemical endangerment of a child. Nadine Strickland has been arrested and is charged with chemical endangerment of exposing a child to an environment in which controlled substances were ingested, produced or distributed. While pregnant Strickland admitted to using marijuana and authorities say her baby tested positive for the drug. Strickland was booked into the Etowah County Detention Center and was later released on a $10,000 bond.
