Four-C Foods is recalling some of its cheese products due to possible salmonella contamination. The company says some samples came back positive for the bacteria. The recalled products include: grated Parmesan and Romano cheeses sold under the brand name “4-C” and “Cento”. No one has gotten sick, the company says it has issued the recall as a precaution. All of the items were sold in six-ounce vacuum-sealed glass jars. The expiration dates for the affected products range between November 2016 and November 2018.
