A Tuscaloosa native will spend the rest of his life in prison without the possibility of parole for the death of his 22-month old son. A Georgia judge sentenced Justin Ross Harris today. A jury convicted Harris last month in the death of his son, Cooper. Investigators say Harris left the child inside his hot SUV outside his office building in June 2014. The toddler died in the extreme heat. Prosecutors say Harris was involved in numerous extra-marital affairs and that he intentionally killed his son to escape the responsibilities of having a family.
