Two Schools Gather for Student Council District Meeting

Two high schools come together to host a meeting. Ragland High and Southside High School cohosted the largest student council district meeting in Alabama in the Leone Cole Auditorium on the JSU campus. More than 600 students were in attendance. Southside seniors, Jared Death and Alex Rich say they are excited to learn. Ragland High School Senior, Autumn Daffron says she wants to be a role model for younger students. The meeting was a chance for students to meet with other leaders and see what their futures could hold. The meeting also featured Etowah County Boys and Girls Club Chief Executive Officer, Sonquez Williams as the key note speaker.
