2.7 million people are expecting refunds from AT&T. The money comes from a 2014 settlement, after customers were being charged up to nine dollars and 99-cents per month for additions like horoscopes, wallpapers and ringtones. Current customers will see a refund on your bill in the next 75 days. Former customers, will receive a refund in the mail. AT&T will pay out a total of 88-million dollars.
