Former Alabama Senator is Officially the U.S. Attorney General

It's official. Jeff Sessions is now the U.S. Attorney General. The former Alabama Senator took the oath of office this morning with his wife, President Trump and Vice President Pence by his side. Sessions resigned from his Alabama senate post yesterday. The President’s nomination of Sessions for the position stirred up stories of intolerance from Sessions' past, and spurred allegations that he was a racist. Sessions and his supporters fiercely denied such claims.
