Local Exhibit Teaching About Going Green

An exhibit that teaches kids and their parents the power of going green is coming to Gadsden. The exhibit, Super Kids Save the World opens this weekend at Imagination Place Children's Museum. The display is based on a children’s book, George Save the World by Lunchtime. The exhibit hopes to inspire children to practice being green in their community. Deputy Director Tom Banks says there is so much knowledge to share. The exhibit was created by The Magic House and will be in Gadsden through May 14th. Imagination Place will host a grand opening celebration with refreshments tomorrow from 10 a.m. until noon. Admission is $8 per person, free for children under two, and free for Harbin Center members.
