Mother Speading the Word About Leaving Children in Hot Vehicles


A mother that lost her son in a public and tragic case says her son was loved and wanted. Leanna Taylor was a loving a devoted mother to son Cooper, a 22-month old boy that died in his father’s hot S-U-V in a Cobb County Georgia parking lot. Taylor says that after her son’s death she was not able to grieve him privately because of the darkness hanging all around. Her husband Ross Harris was charged and later convicted of the boy's death. Taylor believes that Harris loved their son and would have never done anything to harm him. Harris is appealing his conviction and life sentence. Taylor plans to work to raise awareness about hot car deaths, hoping to stop them from happening.
