It’s almost time for a popular park to reopen. Noccalula Falls Park and campground will open for the 2017 season on March 1. The park has undergone a few changes with pricing and attractions. Park Supervisor Christina Richardson says about 10,000 people visit each month to enjoy the sights and activates the park has to offer. Families visit the falls from all over to relax and make memories. Chattanooga resident Charlotte Tompkins has been visiting Noccalula Falls for years and has special memories there. During the reopening week on March 3rd, the park has teamed up with the Alabama Tree Commission and will be handing out free trees to celebrate Arbor Day.
