A generous gift from co-workers helps make one UPS worker's day a little easier. Derrick Taylor has been walking to work at the UPS facility in Oxford for more than a year. Taylor says it's about seven miles there and back to his home in Anniston. When Operations Clerk James Ward found out about Taylor’s situation, he stepped up and decided to help. Ward says he gets choked up when he talks about the day they presented Taylor with the Jeep Cherokee. Taylor says he can’t believe that a group of people would get together and do something like this for him. Taylor’s first trip was to the insurance company. The young UPS employee says his co-workers are more than family.
