Avid Turkey Hunters Survey

Alabama wildlife officials want to hear from the state’s most avid turkey hunters. If you spend more than ten days turkey hunting each spring season, your field observations can provide valuable insight toward the conservation and management of the Eastern Wild Turkey in Alabama. The Alabama Wildlife and Freshwater Fisheries Division is asking turkey hunters to participate in their Avid Turkey Hunters Survey. Participants will receive a copy of the state’s annual turkey report and will be entered to win a new shotgun donated by the Alabama Chapter of the National Wild Turkey Federation. To participate in the Avid Turkey Hunter Survey, contact the Wildlife and Freshwater Fisheries Division at 334.242.3469 or visit www.outdooralabama.com for more information on turkey hunting in Alabama.
