A Glencoe man pleads not guilty in connection to the death of an Anniston woman. Thanks for joining us I’m Carl Brady. A Calhoun County grand jury indicted Christopher Austin, last month, on a manslaughter charge in a wreck that killed Suzanne Michelson in April of last year. The grand jury’s indictment noted Austin was in the wrong lane of Alabama 204 when the head-on collision occurred. After Austin was indicted, his attorney, Clark Hall, entered a plea of not guilty and waived an arraignment scheduled for Thursday. A trial date will be set after Hall and prosecutors review the case evidence.
