Suspended Alabama Chief Justice Roy Moore announces that he will run for U.S. Senate. In the 1990's, Moore was a judge in Etowah County until the American Civil Liberties Union unsuccessfully sued him over a handmade wooden Ten Commandment plaque that he hung on his courtroom wall.
