Sylvania Man Indicted for Murder

A grand jury indicts a Sylvania man for a murder that happened in 2015. Jason Loudermilk has been indicted for the murder of Kenneth Shaw. Shaw was found shot to death at his home in Henagar. Loudermilk is the third person to be indicted in connection to Shaw’s death. Dakota Gore, of Dawson, and Casey Jones, of Rosalie, have also been indicted for murder. The investigation into Shaw’s death is still ongoing. Loudermilk is being held in the DeKalb County Detention Center on a five hundred thousand dollar bond.
