Vice President in Alabama

Tuesday, September 26, 2017

Vice President Mike Pence has spent the day in Alabama. The Vice President made an appearance in Birmingham today to urge support for Senator Luther Strange. President Donald Trump held a rally Friday evening for Strange and continued to show his support by calling into the Rick and Bubba show by saying, “Luther Strange is going to be a great senator. He already has and he has already helped me.” The winner of the runoff will face Democrat Doug Jones in the December special election for the U.S. Senate seat vacated when Jeff Sessions became U.S. Attorney General.
