Drug Distribution Investigation Lands 11 Arrests


A two-year joint investigation lands 11 people behind bars in connection to drug distribution investigation. Roberto Flores and Carlos Lozano are in federal custody charged with Conspiracy and Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine.

The DeKalb County Drug Task Force and the federal Drug Enforcement Agency handled the case. Investigators say over the course of several years, the two men distributed more than 110 pounds of “ICE” in the northeast Alabama area.

Nine additional people associated with Flores, Lozano and their distribution ring have been arrested on a variety of charges.
