Public Library Teaches Visitors How to Go Digital

Wednesday, November 15, 2017

A public library holds a program to teach people how to go digital. The Anniston-Calhoun County Public Library gave a demonstration on using the Library’s Digital Resources. Doing Digital gave people the chance to learn how to download digital magazines, search the online library catalog and archives, and more.

Library Director Teresa Kiser says they try to make these programs easy to use for people that are always on the go.

Kiser says they also offer library members a free app to download e-books and audio books, called Camellia Net. Those books can be downloaded onto iPads, smartphones, and other devices.

The library also offers one-on-one assistance for those needing a little extra help.
