Two men in separate cases have their bonds revoked and new charges are added. DeKalb County Sheriff Jimmy Harris says James Price is a registered sex offender. On December 5th Deputies went to Price’s home to do a sex offender check. Deputies found Price was not there.

A warrant was obtained and Price was arrested for sex offender registration notification act violation. Price’s bond was revoked for earlier charges of the same charge.

In a separate case Sheriff Harris says the Sheriff’s Office received a tip that Johnny Croley had stolen property at his home. When Deputies, Investigators, Drug Task Force and Albertville Police arrived at the home they found several stolen items including: a truck from Gadsden, a camper from Marshall County, a Harley Davidson motorcycle from Southside and methamphetamine.

Croley’s bond was revoked for previous charges of stolen property and charges of Unlawful Possession, Receiving Stolen Property, and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia were added.
