Four Marshall County boys reported missing more than a week ago have been found safe..hundreds of miles from home. Authorities say that one-year old Corbin Simmons, 4-year-old Alexander Simmons, 5-year-old Nicholas Simmons and 11-year-old Ian Simmons were found in Morganton North Carolina. Authorities say the boys were taken from the town of Arab by their parents Marcus Simmons and Karissa Cummings.
The two lost custody of the boys December 7th, the day before they were reported missing. Authorities say Simmons and Cummings claim to have taken the boys to try and stay together. The two are being held in North Carolina, and face interference with child custody charges, a felony that is punishable by up to 10 years in prison.
