Habitat for Humanity Celebrates 50th House
A dedication for a home has dozens of people celebrating. Gadsden-Etowah Habitat for Humanity is celebrating it’s 50th house. The three-bedroom home was sold to Lauren Campbell last month. The funding for the home was provided by several donations from different businesses. Campbell says this home is a dream come true.
Campbell says she has been part of the building process since day one. Gadsden-Etowah Habitat for Humanity has been serving Etowah County for 22 years. Habitat for Humanity President Suzanne Schargenberg says the dedication of a home is always a special time, especially during the Christmas season.
