Child Endangerment Charges on Two Etowah County Women

Two women are behind bars in connection to chemical endangerment of a child. Etowah County Sheriff Todd Entrekin says Allison Phillips faces the felony charge after testing positive to amphetamine white pregnant.

 

In a separate case, Hannah Clower also tested positive for amphetamine as well as methamphetamine while pregnant. 

 

Both women are being held in the Etowah County Detention Center on a $10,000 cash bond each. As a condition of their bond Phillips and Clower must successfully complete a drug treatment program and will be supervised by Etowah Community Corrections once they are released.
