Dannon Project Graduations Held in Hobson City

A non-profit organization that helps at-risk people get jobs is celebrating a few graduates. The Demonstration Program took time to celebrate 16 men and women who have completed The Dannon Project in Hobson City.

The project provides supportive services for those who are getting out of the justice system. These men and women have gone through classes to help them become more positive and productive members of the community. The Dannon Project Psych Coordinator and Program Manager Tamar Towns says these men and women have come a long way.

Towns also says they will hold another graduation in June. The Dannon Project is funded by the Department of Labor. The grant provided by the Department of Labor gives the Dannon Project the ability to give these men and women the classes and encouragement they need.
