Gadsden Board of Education Looking for New Superintendent

The search for a new Superintendent continues and the board of education is asking local residents for their input.The Gadsden Board of Education and the Alabama Association of School Boards are collecting ideas from residents and school system employees about the characteristics they would like to see in the school system’s next leader.

 

 The AASB uploaded an online survey Friday, and will host a series of meetings to gather information. AASB search process leader, Doctor Linda Ingram says, the goal is to give people the chance to share their ideas and wants for the next superintendent. 

 

The survey is open through Friday, February 2nd and the meetings will be held throughout the day on Thursday, February 1st at the Gadsden City Schools’ Central Office.
