Rainbow City Couple Arrested and Charged with Child Endangerment

Agents arrested Tevin Spears and Brittay Crocton both of Rainbow City. A 2 month long drug investigation lead agents to the pair’s home on Nichols Drive. 

 

While searching the home,  agents found 41 grams of heroin, an assortment of controlled medications, along with small baggies of marijuana, two .45 caliber handguns, three-thousand dollars cash and drug paraphernalia. 

 

DHR was called to the scene to deal with a two-year-old child found in the home. Spears and Crocton are being held in the Etowah County Detention Center under a 865-thousand surety bond each. Additional state and federal charges are expected.
