Attalla Man Arrested After Confrontation with Emergency Workers

An Attalla man is behind bars in Floyd County, Georgia where he faces charges related to a scuffle with emergency workers. An arrest warrant shows that Eric Huff fought with two Cherokee County EMTs and slapped a Floyd County Officer who was helping EMS load Huff onto a stretcher. 

 

Huff was charged with felony obstruction of officers, simple battery against a police office, two counts of interference with emergency medical personnel, and six counts of terroristic threats and acts.
