Georgia Resident Arrested for DUI When Found with Car Flipped Over

In a separate incident, Christopher Mitchell from Marietta, Georgia was charged with Driving Under the Influence after his vehicle was found rolled over. The accident occurred on highway 9 a few miles from the Georgia-Alabama State line.

Mitchell was able to get out of his vehicle safely and was transported to the Cherokee County Detention Center where he was later released on bond.
