Cullman County Couple Charged of Multiple Counts of Burglary in Cherokee County

Two people from Cullman County have been charged in connection to multiple burglaries in Cherokee County. Richard and Amanda Ferguson were booked into the Cherokee County Detention Center after being involved in multiple burglaries around the County Road 20 area. The pair was found at a campground in the Stackland Community. 

 

Richard Ferguson is charged with one count of Theft of Property to the second degree and two counts of burglary. Amanda Ferguson is charged with one count of third degree burglary. The Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office Investigators were able to recover some of the stolen property. The Fergusons have been released on bond.
