The former Federal Emergency Management Agency’s Head of Personnel Corey Coleman is being accused of sexual misconduct. According to a summary of the internal investigation that was obtained by The Associated Press, Coleman had improper sexual relationships with underling employees and created toxic work environments.

Coleman also granted preferential treatment to his fraternity brother because he says he could trust them. The summary adds that Coleman transferred some of the women he hired to other regional offices so his friends could try to have relationships with them. Coleman resigned from his position June 18th.
