Floyd Primary Care plans to open an office in Piedmont on October 1st. Floyd Primary provides minor immediate care, diagnostic imaging such as X-rays, laboratory services and more throughout northwest Georgia and northeast Alabama. The certified Family Nurse Practitioner set to provide care at the primary care facility is no stranger to the Piedmont community.
Farrah Gardner graduated from Piedmont High School and currently lives in the community. Gardner received her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Jacksonville State University. She has experience as a registered nurse caring for all ages in cardiac care, ICU, and at the Floyd Urgent Care in Centre. Gardner believes each patient deserves proper health and healing.
The facility will be located on 32 Roundtree Drive and will operate from 8AM until 5PM Monday through Friday.
