Two People Charged with Theft & Burglary in Gadsden

Two people from Gadsden have been charged in connection to burglary and theft of property from a local high school. According to Sheriff Todd Entrekin, Samuel Arnold and Rebecca Jones stole a John Deere gator and food from a concession stand at Gaston High School. The John Deere gator was found in Piedmont and returned to the school by investigators.

 

Arnold and Jones have each been charged with two counts of third degree Burglary, first degree Theft of Property, and fourth degree theft of property. Jones was booked and later released from the Etowah County Detention Center on $11,000 bond. Arnold is being held without bond at the Etowah County Detention Center.
