A Piedmont man is now behind bars in Etowah County after an incident caused the Etowah County Joint Special Operations Group to respond. According to the Etowah County Sheriff’s Office, Bryan Puckett was found in a creek behind a home on Rocky Ford Road pointing a shotgun to his head. After deputies safely removed Puckett from the creek, dispatchers informed authorities that Puckett has numerous outstanding felony warrants.
Those warrants included first degree Theft of Property, third degree Burglary and Domestic Violence harassment along with other violations of his probation. Puckett is being held in the Etowah County Detention Center without bond.
