JSU Looks To Bounce Back After First OVC Loss Since 2013


The Jacksonville State football team is looking to bounce back after suffering its first OVC loss since 2013. The Gamecocks fell to SEMO 37-14 on Saturday. JSU will face Murray State on October 27th in hopes of jumping back in the OVC title race. The Racers are 4-0 in OVC play and first place in the league. The loss snapped the longest active conference winning streak in Division I at 36 games, the second-longest streak in FCS history. JSU has won four in a row in the series with Murray State and 6-1 on the road in the series. (Hear from JSU head coach John Grass and junior wide receiver Josh Pearson)
