Jacksonville Man Dies in Car Accident

A Jacksonville man is dead after crashing his truck. State Troopers have identified the victim as Gary Howard. Troopers say Howard was not wearing a seatbelt when his truck left Highway 21 and overturned.

He was pronounced dead at the scene. Troopers are continuing to investigate the cause of this accident.
