Gadsden Man Arrested on Possession Charges
In a separate case, Attalla police responded to a report that Cory Morgan of Gadsden was seen waving a pistol at a group of people outside of a nightclub. When officers arrived to the scene, they said that Morgan did have possession of a loaded gun.
Morgan was out on probation for armed robbery during the time of the incident and was arrested for Possession of a Pistol by a Violent Felon. He was additionally charged with Receiving Stolen Property. Morgan was booked and later released from the Etowah County Detention Center on a $70,000 bond.
