Suspected Thanksgiving Mall Shooter Has Been Captured

The man who is suspected of shooting a 12-year-old girl and 18-year-old inside of the Riverchase Galleria on Thanksgiving night has been captured in Fulton County, Georgia. 20-year-old Erron Brown of Bessemer was recently arrested at a relative’s home by US Marshalls.

Brown is suspected of getting into an altercation with another man before firing shots inside the mall, wounding two people. A Hoover City Officer working Security that night shot and killed Emantic Bradford Junior, mistaking him as the initial shooter. Brown is facing at least one count of Attempted Murder. He chose to waive his extradition hearing in Atlanta earlier today.
