JSU Gifts Coloring Books to Students at Kitty Stone Elementary

Thursday, December 20, 2018

Jacksonville State University took this week to give back to the community with Christmas being less than a week away. The Office of Community Engagement created special coloring books to deliver to students from pre-k to first grade at local elementary schools.

The Color Me Cocky Coloring Books were designed and printed on the JSU campus right inside the print shop. O-brand Marketing in Jacksonville lent a helping hand by also providing the students with JSU crayons. Director Andy Green says this was a perfect way to give a little bit of cheer this time of year to all the good boys and girls.

Green expressed how much of a joy it was when students saw what special guest was helping deliver the coloring books to them. Green also says that on behalf of the JSU community, they hope the students enjoy the coloring books and look forward to seeing some of the children’s masterpieces.
