Anniston Woman Arrested for Chemical Endangerment of a Child

An Anniston woman is reportedly behind bars in the Calhoun County Jail for exposing a child to methamphetamine. According to the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office, Halie Mulkey was arrested on an arrest warrant executed by the Calhoun-Cleburne Major Crimes Unit for Chemically Endangering an infant.

 

The arrest occurred at hotel in the Jacksonville area. Mulky is currently being held on a $7,500 bond as she awaits hearing later this month. If convicted, she could face up to 10 years in prison.
