If you are a ground beef lover, be cautious of how you cook your beef. Federal officials say the E. Coli outbreak in the US has spread across ten states. The Center for Disease Control reports that more than 150 people have been infected with E. Coli from tainted ground beef eaten at home and at restaurants.
Fortunately, no deaths have been reported but, 20 people have been hospitalized. Officials have not been able to identify the supplier, distributor, or brand responsible for this outbreak. There has not been reports of E. Coli in the state of Alabama, but there has been reports in several surrounding states including Georgia and Tennessee.
