Rabies Vaccinations for Dogs and Cats in Calhoun County


If your cat or dog has yet to receive their rabies vaccinations, you are strongly encouraged to do so on Saturday. There will be multiple locations open tomorrow throughout Calhoun County where pet owners can go to get vaccinations. Doctor Eric Clanton says that although the prevalence of rabies varies from year to year, it’s still important to ensure your animal’s safety. The list of clinics that will be administering vaccinations this Saturday are shown above. Doctor Clanton says owner who will be bringing their cats to get vaccinated are asked to keep them inside the car so doctors can give them their vaccinations.

Dog owners are allowed to bring them inside for vaccinations. Rabies vaccinations for each pet is $12. For more information, call (256) 435-8387.
