Oxford Man Killed in Motorcycle Accident

An Oxford man has lost his life due to a motorcycle accident on Memorial Day. 33-year-old Jonathan Carr was riding his bike on Leon Smith Parkway when he lost control and veered off the road.

 

According to Calhoun County Coroner Pat Brown, his cause of death was blunt-force trauma. Carr’s wife says he was on his way to meet with co-workers but never made it. Carr is described as a phenomenal man who lived life to the fullest.
