Gadsden Attorney Charged with DUI & Possession

A Gadsden attorney who represented a former Senate candidate has been charged with several misdemeanor charges including Driving Under the Influence. According to the Etowah County Sheriff’s Office, Trenton Garmon was booked into the Etowah County Detention Center for second-degree Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Driving Under the Influence of Controlled Substances.

 

Garmon worked for former Senate Candidate Roy Moore during his 2016 campaign race for US Senate. He is currently being held on a $3,000 bond.
