Confirmed Tuberculosis Case at Honda in Lincoln

The Alabama Department of Public Health is investigating a case of Tuberculosis in an on-site contractor at the Honda Plant in Lincoln. According to a press release from Honda, the contractor is receiving treatment from their physician for the disease.

 

Following standard procedure in cases where TB is reported, the state health department conducted an on-site review Wednesday at the plant in Lincoln. A Honda Manufacturing of Alabama spokesperson said the company is cooperating with the investigation and that there has been no impact to production at the facility.
