Calhoun County Man Dead After Trying to Connect Power Lines to Home

A Cedar Springs man was found dead this morning after he’d tried connect his home to power lines. According to Calhoun County Sheriff Wade, Randall Stephens’ body was found at the bottom of a power pole after deputies received a call from a near-by resident who discovered a human skull in their front yard.

There was also a ladder next to the power pole and jumper cables were at the top of the pole. The investigation concluded that Stephens was attempting to illegally gain power to his home by jumping the power lines.
